ABOUT
Courtney King Plant Hire and Groundworks has over 20 years’ experience in the groundworks industry. The company has worked for one of the largest groundworks contractors in the South West, covering all manner of residential, commercial and infrastructure projects throughout Devon and Cornwall.
We provide all manner of groundwork services and supply machinery ranging from 1-ton micro diggers to 13-ton excavators and everything in between. We ensure that we are up to date with the newest innovations in technology and, therefore, the 13-ton excavator comes fully equipped with an Engcon tilt rotator.
Further machinery includes:

· Caterpillar D5K Crawler Dozer
· Doosan DX100W-7 Wheeled Excavator
We also have an extensive range of attachments, from selector grabs, flail heads, wacker plates, breakers, tar cutter, and grading beam, to name a few.

Plant Hire
We have a range of Doosan excavators including; 1-ton micro digger, 3-ton excavator, and 13-ton excavator with Engcon tilt Rotator. Hire can be on a daily/weekend rate with driver and delivery.
Agricultural
Living and working in Cornwall has resulted in expert knowledge and expertise of working in agricultural environments, from general maintenance of fields with our flail head attachment to groundworks for Milking Sheds and Sand Schools.
Demolition
Courtney King Plant Hire & Groundworks is also able to provide both residential and commercial site demolition, as a standalone requirement or as part of a wider development.
Earthworks
Courtney King Plant Hire & Groundworks is also able to provide earthworks packages, in the make ups of roads and land stabilisation.
