Commercial Units

This project involved the conversion of derelict milking sheds in to commercial units.

We undertook the RC concrete works for the floors to the new units, we also provided the sub structure and superstructure blockwork for the development.

We installed the new foul and storm drainage system. including a a large scale soakaway. Due to the depth and size we utilised the 13t Doosan with Engcon to lay the crates removing the risk of an individual being in the excavation.

We also provided the road and parking formation, sub-base and tarmac for the development.
