Courtney King Plant Hire Ltd., was appointed by JDS Properties and Developments on this new residential project. The property is a beautiful 4-bedroom home, with a large basement and balcony.

We have completed all groundworks and drainage along with the masonry superstructure for the build.

The Groundworks included the creation of a large basement mirroring the footprint of the build requiring waterproof tanking and the installation of a pump main and micro 10 tank.
