New Build 

This project was anew build development and we were involved in full sub-structure and superstructure packages.

The site was very site directly on to a busy road in Perranporth which made it logistically complex. We completed the foundations and Block and beam along with the full superstructure masonry package.

We also dealt with the install of new foul drainage, and connection, along with 3 separate soakaways required under the drainage design for this new stunning 3 story house just off of the beach in Perranporth.
